Terms & Conditions

I have kept my terms and conditions as simple as possible to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings, please make sure that you read and understand them before committing to a shoot.
1.  By booking your photoshoot you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and we enter into a contract.
2.  At all times your animal's welfare is my priority and whilst I will always do my utmost to accommodate your requests during a shoot, I reserve the right to refuse any requests without reason.
3.  All photo shoots must be paid for in full and in advance, no exceptions.
4.  Once the photos taken have been processed and edited I will invite you to view the images in person. You are then free to choose which images or packages you want to buy. You are under no obligation to purchase anything at this point.
5.  Payment must be made on ordering and can be by cash, bank transfer, PayPal or by cheque. If paying by cheque this will delay the ordering by at least three working days to allow for clearance. Orders will not be taken without payment in full.
6.  Copyright of all images remains with me and I can use these images for all promotional purposes, including competitions, as I see fit.  You are free to use any of the images as you see fit, except for making any alterations or profit. Digital signatures must not be removed.
7.  You are responsible for the conduct and safety of your animal and that of any members of the public during the shoot.
8.  Location shoots are weather dependant and I reserve the right to re-arrange a shoot for a mutually convenient time in the event of inclement conditions.
9. I understand that circumstances can change for a variety of reasons and should you want to re-arrange the date and time of your photo shoot please give at least twenty-four hours notice.
10. Products that have been purchased by you will be subject to a meticulous quality assurance check before you receive them. Items that are collected in person must be checked before you leave the studio. I take no responsibility for damage to any item once you have left the studio. Digital image packages that are sent by post will be by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' or equivalent, and will be fully insured at no extra cost to you. Low resolution digital images, suitable for social media use, will be sent to you electronically via 'WeTransfer'.
11.  The initial photo shoot for pet portraits will take up to ninety minutes,  for specialist equine photo shoots this can be up t three hours including a 'meet and greet' with you and your animal.  I reserve the right to end a shoot if it is, or is likely to, exceed this time.
12. Abuse and bullying is not tolerated, and in the event of this happening the shoot/viewing will be terminated with no financial recompense to you.
13.  Animals may get dirty during a location shoot, but please ensure that they are clean and groomed before the shoot.  If you are to be in any of the images please ensure that you are dressed and presented appropriately.
14.  I shall not be liable to the customer to the extent of the fulfilment of my obligations prevented, hindered or delayed by Force Majeure.
15.  Force Majeure shall mean any circumstances beyond the control of myself and shall include (without restricting the generality of the foregoing):
